FAQ
Do I need to sign up?
No. KidStickers and TogetherStickers sync through iCloud with your Apple ID; there is no separate account. The KidStickers web version also signs in to iCloud with the same Apple ID (on Apple's sign-in page — we never see your password).
Where is my data stored? Can the developer see it?
Your sticker book is stored in your own iCloud Private Database. Only you can access it; the developer cannot. Sticker books shared in TogetherStickers are stored in the iCloud Shared Database, visible only to the share creator and invitees.
Will I lose my data if I switch phones or reinstall?
No. Your data lives in iCloud: sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device, open the App, and your sticker book syncs back.
Can I use it on a computer or an Android phone?
KidStickers, yes: open www.kidstickers.app in a browser and sign in to iCloud with the same Apple ID to continue with your sticker book (the web version is in Traditional Chinese). TogetherStickers is available on iPhone and iPad only.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting a child, sticker or reward in the App also deletes it from iCloud. To delete everything, on iPhone or iPad open Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage, choose the App and delete its data.
